S-pod kantoor Zoeterwoude

S-POD KANTOOR ZOETERWOUDE Complete inrichting van het nieuwe kantoor voor S-pod in Zoeterwoude. Het verzoek van de klant was om in zeer korte tijd een zeer gedateerde kantoorruimte van meer dan 400m2 te transformeren in een showroom voor prefab badkamers en keukens. We zijn meteen aan de slag gegaan met de moodboards en 3D-tekeningen. Na de eerste presentatie was de klant erg enthousiast en konden we ons plan tot in detail uitwerken. Dit heeft geresulteerd in een prachtige ruime showroom en kantoor van 2 verdiepingen. INSPIRATIE Het gebouw heeft 2 verdiepingen, veel glas en een industriële look. Aangezien de showmodellen van prefab badkamers en keukens meestal rechthoekig en vierkant zijn, leek het ons leuk om de ruimte wat organischer te maken met wat ronde vormen. Dit weerspiegelen we in de vloeren en plafonds. We bedekten de muren en gedeeltelijk ook de plafonds met akoestisch materiaal, wat noodzakelijk is voor zo’n grote ruimte. Het idee was een cool kantoor en showroom passend bij de doelgroep van S-Pod.

S-POD OFFICE ZOETERWOUDE Complete furnishing of the new office for S-pod in Zoeterwoude. The client’s request was to transform a very dated office space of over 400m2 into a showroom for pre-fab bathrooms and kitchens in a very short time. We immediately started working on the mood boards and 3D drawings. After the first presentation, the client was very enthusiastic and we were able to work out our plan in detail. This has resulted in a beautiful spacious 2-story showroom and office . INSPIRATION The building has 2 floors, lots of glass and has an industrial look. Since the show models of Pre-fab bathrooms and kitchens are mostly rectangular and square, we thought it would be nice to make the space a little more organic with some rounded shapes. We reflected this in the floors and ceilings. We covered the walls and partly ceilings with acoustic material which is necessary for such a large area. The idea was a cool office and showroom appropriate for S-Pod’s target audience.

VILLA IN THE DUNES This beautiful completely newly built dune house has become a modern home with character elements. The client wanted to modernize his house by extending the existing house into the garden. The desire was to create a large sitting/living space while retaining the existing kitchen. They also wanted to create a separate chill/television area for the kids. The upstairs apartment was also reorganized. The parents “moved” into the attic where a bathroom was built and the children each got a new room where they could choose their own color and material. For this, they provided photos and mood boards. The request was to think about the use of color, materials, suggest furniture and create a lighting plan. Based on a 2D layout sketch, the appropriate layout and furniture were selected. INSPIRATION The starting point was the beautiful black steel sliding doors to the garden. To show off the black of the steel, black designer lighting was chosen throughout the house. The beautiful cast floor in the color sludge became the starting point for the rest of the color palette in the living room. Natural materials and a calm color palette were used, which can be changed at any time with accents in pillows and accessories. Special This beautiful 1930’s expanded house has become a modern home that has not lost its old character.

VILLA IN DE DUINEN Dit prachtige, volledig nieuw gebouwde duinhuis is een modern huis geworden met karakteristieke elementen. De klant wilde zijn huis moderniseren door het bestaande huis uit te breiden tot in de tuin. De wens was om een grote zit/woonruimte te creëren met behoud van de bestaande keuken. Ze wilden ook een aparte chill/televisieruimte voor de kinderen creëren. De bovenwoning werd ook gereorganiseerd. De ouders “verhuisden” naar de zolder waar een badkamer werd gebouwd en de kinderen elk een nieuwe kamer kregen waar ze hun eigen kleur en materiaal konden kiezen. Hiervoor leverden ze foto’s en moodboards. Het verzoek was om na te denken over kleurgebruik, materialen, voorstellen voor meubilair en het maken van een lichtplan. Op basis van een 2D-lay-outschets werden de juiste indeling en meubels geselecteerd. INSPIRATIE Het uitgangspunt waren de prachtige zwarte stalen schuifdeuren naar de tuin. Om het zwart van het staal goed tot zijn recht te laten komen, is in het hele huis gekozen voor zwarte designverlichting. De prachtige gietvloer in de kleur sludge werd het uitgangspunt voor de rest van het kleurenpalet in de woonkamer. Er zijn natuurlijke materialen en een rustig kleurenpalet gebruikt, dat op elk moment kan worden veranderd met accenten in kussens en accessoires. Speciaal Dit prachtige uitgebouwde huis uit de jaren 1930 is een modern huis geworden dat zijn oude karakter niet heeft verloren.

Van verpleeghuis naar verzorgingshuis

Van verpleeghuis tot woonhuis De materialen en kleuren vormen een mooi geheel in dit prachtige, volledig gerenoveerde gebouw. Van verpleeghuis naar verzorgingshuis Wil je van een verpleeghuis een droomhuis maken? Een speciale vraag die ons werd gesteld en die we wisten te realiseren. Samen met de aannemer maakten we een plan voor het speciale gebouw. Dit plan resulteerde in een groot gezinshuis met een apart rijtjeshuis. De wensen van iedereen kwamen overeen. Ruime slaapkamers, een tv-kamer, een grote woonkeuken, een apart kantoor, een ruime woonkamer en een aparte eetkamer. Samen met de klant, het technisch tekenbureau, de aannemer en een team van professionals hebben we dit project in een aantal maanden weten te realiseren. Dit leverde een prachtig eindresultaat op Inspiratie Het glas-in-lood was de inspiratie voor de kleuren die we in het huis hebben gebruikt. We hebben veel van de kleuren weerspiegeld op de muren. De wens was een huis met kleur. Dit wordt duidelijk weerspiegeld in het ontwerp. Het huis heeft gekozen voor stevige en deels oude bouwmaterialen. We hebben prachtige kasten gemaakt van oude paneeldeuren voor de slaapkamer en de woonkeuken. Speciaal Het voormalige verzorgingstehuis, met een aanzienlijk aantal kamers, is omgetoverd tot een heerlijk luxe huis waar mensen met plezier wonen.

From nursing home to residential home The materials and colors form a beautiful whole in this beautiful, fully renovated building. From nursing home to residential home Want to turn a nursing home into a dream home? A special question that we were asked and managed to realize. Together with the contractor we made a plan for the special building. This plan resulted in a large family home with a separate terraced house. Everyone’s wishes matched. Spacious bedrooms, a TV room, a large kitchen/diner, a separate office, a spacious living room and a separate dining room. Together with the customer, the technical drawing agency, the contractor and a team of professionals, we managed to realize this project in a number of months. This produced a beautiful end result Inspiration The stained glass was the inspiration for the colors we used in the house. We have reflected many of the colors on the walls. The wish was a house with color. This is clearly reflected in the design. The house has chosen sturdy and partly old building materials. We have made beautiful cupboards from old panel doors for the bedroom and kitchen-diner. Special The former care home, with a considerable number of rooms, has been transformed into a wonderfully luxurious home where people enjoy living.

Pop-up suites on De Pier

Pop-up suites on De Pier A special place, unique assignment and satisfied guests and client! We were commissioned to design five luxury pop-up hotel suites in a prime location. The location is above our sea, namely the Pier in Scheveningen. INSPIRATION We worked with the client and the architect on this fantastic assignment. Together we looked at the spaces with a creative eye. Because the rooms have unique curves and limited space, they were great challenges. The luxurious feeling is a starting point of the suites, but the unique sea view was of course the source of inspiration. All elements of the environment can be found in the rooms. The golden sun, the green sea and the copper-brown pier are reflected in the mosaic. The wallpaper with small waves and the porthole-shaped mirrors also fit in perfectly. A unique experience The end result is four beautiful double rooms and a luxurious family room. Each room has a hot tub, a free stocked minibar and a beautiful sea view for a unique experience. A special place, unique assignment and satisfied guests and client! This is what we do it for.

Pop-up suites op De Pier Een bijzondere plek, een unieke opdracht en tevreden gasten en klanten! We kregen de opdracht om vijf luxe pop-up hotelsuites te ontwerpen op een toplocatie. De locatie is boven onze zee, namelijk de Pier in Scheveningen. INSPIRATIE We werkten samen met de klant en de architect aan deze fantastische opdracht. Samen bekeken we de ruimtes met een creatief oog. Omdat de kamers unieke rondingen en beperkte ruimte hebben, vormden ze een grote uitdaging. Het luxe gevoel is een uitgangspunt van de suites, maar het unieke uitzicht op zee was natuurlijk de inspiratiebron. Alle elementen van de omgeving zijn terug te vinden in de kamers. De gouden zon, de groene zee en de koperbruine pier worden weerspiegeld in het mozaïek. Het behang met kleine golven en de patrijspoortvormige spiegels passen er ook perfect bij. Een unieke ervaring Het eindresultaat zijn vier prachtige tweepersoonskamers en een luxe familiekamer. Elke kamer heeft een bubbelbad, een gratis gevulde minibar en een prachtig uitzicht op zee voor een unieke ervaring. Een bijzondere plek, een unieke opdracht en tevreden gasten en klanten! Dit is waar we het voor doen.

Loft in Leiden

Loft in Leiden A surprising, warm, playful, wonderful and personal loft that suits the residents perfectly. The request from the residents of this special loft was to make this house one whole. Peace, unity, warm, subdued colors, preservation of its own character and appearance were the starting points for the beautiful building. INSPIRATION Due to the beautiful light and open windows, Superworks has chosen to keep the colors very light. To prevent the whole thing from being too chilly, we chose to use warm and natural materials, such as wood, rich fabrics, a cool rug and various special accessories such as the woolen “stones”. This creates a calm and warm atmosphere. We have used 4 different shades from the Flexa Pure collection with subtle differences. For example, the colors used for the cast floor, the walls and the woodwork are very similar, but the small differences ensure that the whole does not become monotonous. The residents wanted to be able to enjoy every view that the room has to offer in the living room. We therefore opted for the ‘Domino’ corner sofa from Montis. This way they can admire their house and the view from every angle. We also worked with the residents and a studio owner to see where their art would best be seen. This way we have been able to give each piece of art a beautiful place where it receives the attention it deserves.

Loft in Leiden Een verrassende, warme, speelse, prachtige en persoonlijke loft die perfect past bij de bewoners. Het verzoek van de bewoners van deze speciale loft was om van dit huis één geheel te maken. Vrede, eenheid, warme, ingetogen kleuren, behoud van het eigen karakter en uiterlijk waren de uitgangspunten voor het prachtige gebouw. INSPIRATIE Vanwege het prachtige licht en de open ramen heeft Superworks ervoor gekozen om de kleuren heel licht te houden. Om het geheel niet te kil te maken, kozen we voor warme en natuurlijke materialen, zoals hout, rijke stoffen, een koel vloerkleed en verschillende speciale accessoires zoals de wollen “stenen”. Dit creëert een rustige en warme sfeer. We hebben 4 verschillende tinten gebruikt uit de Flexa Pure collectie met subtiele verschillen. De kleuren die worden gebruikt voor de gietvloer, de muren en het houtwerk lijken bijvoorbeeld erg op elkaar, maar de kleine verschillen zorgen ervoor dat het geheel niet eentonig wordt. De bewoners wilden in de woonkamer kunnen genieten van elk uitzicht dat de kamer te bieden heeft. Daarom kozen we voor de ‘Domino’ hoekbank van Montis. Zo kunnen ze hun huis en het uitzicht vanuit elke hoek bewonderen. We werkten ook samen met de bewoners en een studio-eigenaar om te kijken waar hun kunst het beste te zien zou zijn. Op deze manier hebben we elk kunstwerk een mooie plek kunnen geven waar het de aandacht krijgt die het verdient.
